In the last twelve years I cooked to my family nearly every day. It is started from cooking for five and as my children left the house it reduces to two.
Being me, I rarely cook the same recipe twice. So, on occasion when I could not find the right ingredients in the fridge I improvising. Some time it goes well. So I did put it in writing.
It didn’t poison us, so I thought to share it with you. Don’t be deterring by the photos, hopefully they will become better as the blog will progress.
It is not professionally put on paper (the recipe that is) and you probably need to know something about cookery to make my recipes work well for you. Give it a try and be surprise.
